What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll help organisations solve talent challenges while guiding candidates through important career decisions.

Every search is different. One client may be expanding a team to support growth. Another may be looking for a niche skillset that's difficult to find. Understanding the context behind each hire is just as important as understanding the role itself.

  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and talent challenges.
  • Source, engage, and assess talent through various channels and networks.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process and support them in making informed career decisions.
  • Leverage market insights and industry knowledge to support hiring strategies.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial engagement through offer management.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, insights, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of professional working experience, preferably within recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, business development, or another client-facing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A natural ability to build relationships and establish credibility with stakeholders.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
  • Curiosity about businesses, industries, and market trends.
  • Comfort using technology, sourcing tools, and data to support decision-making.
