The posting

  • Develop new business opportunities and acquire corporate clients requiring recruitment services.
  • Source, screen and match suitable candidates with employers.
  • Handle recruitment and placement of Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, job offers and placement arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment agency regulations and MOM requirements.
  • Achieve monthly sales and recruitment targets.

Requirements

  • Valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification is MANDATORY.
  • Previous experience in a Singapore employment agency is preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently develop corporate clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and customer-focused.
  • Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for serving Mandarin-speaking clients.
