The posting

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and support enterprise cloud and container platforms across AWS and on-premises environments.
  • Deploy and maintain Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes environments, including cluster configuration, upgrades, patching, scaling, and lifecycle management.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Administer RHEL/Linux environments supporting cloud and container workloads and resolve system-level issues.
  • Support containerized applications using Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes, including deployment and platform integration.
  • Manage application releases and deployment workflows using Jenkins, Git, CI/CD, and Helm.
  • Support cloud and virtualization infrastructure across AWS and VMware, including compute, networking, and storage components.
  • Perform platform health checks, capacity planning, incident troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for production environments.
  • Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, security remediation, and platform improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with application, infrastructure, network, and security teams for environment provisioning and workload onboarding.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud platform engineering, infrastructure automation, or enterprise cloud environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes in enterprise production environments.
  • Experience with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation and configuration management.
  • Hands on experience in supporting AWS cloud infrastructure and cloud-based application platforms.
  • Strong experience in supporting Linux/RHEL systems within cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
  • Experience with Docker and container technologies in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, CI/CD, and Helm for application deployment and release management.
  • Experience in VMware/virtualization, networking, storage, and infrastructure components supporting cloud and container platforms.
  • Experience in providing L2/L3 production support, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
  • Experience in cloud-native platforms, infrastructure reliability, scalability, and operational best practices.
