Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Marketing Associate Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia. This role will translate business priorities into effective marketing programs, strengthen customer engagement, and support measurable commercial growth across multiple markets.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and country marketing teams to drive campaign execution, customer journey management, and continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns aligned with business and portfolio priorities.
  • Lead demand generation initiatives across digital, CRM, events, webinars, and other customer engagement channels.
  • Manage customer journeys from initial awareness through lead nurturing and sales handover.
  • Support country marketing teams with campaign frameworks, activation plans, and best practices.
  • Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage regional marketing planning, campaign calendars, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Business Development, and Clinical teams to deliver effective marketing programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing capabilities, processes, and performance across Southeast Asia.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of B2B marketing experience, including regional marketing responsibilities.
  • Experience in Medical Technology, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated marketing, demand generation, customer journeys, and digital marketing.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce or Marketo is advantageous.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic and commercially focused marketing mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Customer-centric approach with a passion for driving measurable business results.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic regional environment.

Travel Requirements

Regional travel within Southeast Asia, approximately 30%, with occasional international travel as required.
