Job Responsibilities:

  • Support regional business planning and implementation of key initiatives.
  • Research market trends, business developments and economic conditions across ASEAN and India.
  • Consolidate business information from six overseas sales offices.
  • Prepare management reports, presentations and business analysis.
  • Coordinate meetings and monitor progress against business plans.
  • Prepare meeting materials, minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of key activities.
  • Coordinate information sharing between regional offices, Murata Headquarters and overseas sales teams.
  • Support regional business activities, corporate initiatives and events.
  • Work with different stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics or a related discipline.
  • No experience is welcome; candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and time-management skills.
  • Able to present information clearly and logically.
