  • Define and implement the sales force effectiveness framework, including customer segmentation, territory management, account planning, opportunity management, and capability-building programs developed in partnership with Human Resources (HR) and country leadership
  • Improve pricing discipline, discount governance, margin visibility, and profitability management across markets through analytical tools that identify margin leakage and support commercial decision-making on tenders, key accounts, and client negotiations
  • Lead, develop, and coach the regional commercial excellence and analytics team, acting as a change leader who embeds common tools, processes, and commercial routines across markets while communicating performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
