Our client is a leading global technology organisation with an established presence across Asia Pacific. Renowned for delivering innovative solutions and working on high-profile projects across multiple industries, they are continuing to invest in regional growth and capability. As part of this expansion, they are looking to appoint a Regional Engineering Solutions Manager to provide technical leadership and support strategic business initiatives across APAC.

Your new role

This is a regional leadership position combining technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and team management. You will oversee engineering activities across multiple markets, partnering closely with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to support business growth and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and develop a regional technical team, driving performance, capability building, and engineering excellence.
  • Provide technical leadership for complex customer opportunities and strategic projects across Asia Pacific.
  • Work closely with customers, consultants, partners, and sales teams to develop fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Drive technical training, knowledge sharing, and customer engagement initiatives across the region.
  • Support regional planning, resource allocation, and project prioritisation to ensure effective delivery.
  • Act as a key escalation point for technical matters and collaborate with global teams on best practices and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree-qualified in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience within a solutions engineering, applications engineering, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing engineering environment.
  • Strong leadership experience managing technical teams across multiple locations or countries.
  • Ability to engage and influence customers, consultants, partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience operating within a regional or multinational organisation will be highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific as required.
