Job Summary:

Our client is looking for looking for a dynamic Regional Sales / Business Development Executive to drive their expansion across the APAC region. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in shaping regional sales strategies, building strong business relationships, and uncovering new market opportunities. Key Responsibilities：

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement effective, market-specific sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Compelling Pitching: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients.
  • Relationship Management: Work closely with the Team Lead to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, business partners, and key accounts.
  • Market Execution: Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns and impactful promotional initiatives.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing directly to business and revenue growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Support sales forecasting and market trend analysis, while closely monitoring ROI and key sales performance indicators.
  • Actionable Insights: Analyse performance data and provide management with clear reports, actionable insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Excellence: Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the sales cycle, responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to strengthen the company's competitive position.

Requirements:

  • A Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong creative thinking, numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • A highly independent and proactive working style, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel overseas for regional business trips.
