Reporting to the Sales Director, you will manage key customer relationships and drive market growth across your assigned regional territory.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key local and regional accounts; identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer visits (business travel across APAC) to present product solutions and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with Group Product Managers to set target pricing, execute targeted sales campaigns, and manage customer credit/payment terms.
  • Oversee territory budgets, maintain rolling contract forecasts, and log client interaction data using SAP/BW.

about the manager/team You will join a dynamic, collaborative APAC commercial team led by an accessible, growth-oriented Sales Director. The role offers high autonomy while being fully supported by local Sales Assistants for order handling, as well as dedicated Product Managers.

skills and experience required

  • Minimum 4+ years of B2B sales/account management experience within specialty ingredients, food additives, chemicals, or related sectors.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a commercial/technical discipline.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for customer visits, industry events, and regional meetings.
