Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, high-quality direct patient care through out the dialysis process.
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs, condition and treatment response, and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Perform patient assessments and document observations and care accurately.
  • Administer and manage dialysis treatment according to physician orders and established procedures.
  • Monitor and manage ultrafiltration, medications and safety measures during dialysis.
  • Recognise and respond promptly to emergencies and life-threatening complications.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team.
  • Educate patients and families on renal disease, dialysis treatment and health management.
  • Provide compassionate, respectful and patient-centered care.
  • Support patients with pre- and post-dialysis care

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Preferably at least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (dialysis) is required for this position, non-renal trained will also be considered - training will be provided.
  • Holds a valid SNB General License.
  • Able to work 12-hour shift on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
  • Locations and working hours will be based on clinical roster.
