Job Description & Requirements (职位描述与要求)

Job Responsibilities (岗位职责):

  • Clinical Consultation & Diagnosis (临床诊疗与看诊): 为病患提供专业的中医“四诊”（望闻问切），做出准确诊断并制定个性化治疗方案。 开具中药处方（中药饮片/颗粒），并指导病患用药注意事项。
  • TCM Treatment & Therapies (中医特色治疗): 熟练开展针灸、拔罐、刮痧、推拿等中医适宜技术治疗。 针对不同病患需求（如痛症管理、内科调理、妇科/儿科调理、亚健康保健等）提供专业诊疗服务。
  • Patient Care & Record Keeping (病患管理与病历记录): 建立并维护准确、详尽的病患电子病历与诊疗记录，确保符合医疗合规要求。 与病患保持良好沟通，提供日常保健与饮食调理建议，提升病患满意度与复诊率。
  • Teamwork & Practice Development (团队协作与业务配合): 与诊所店长及诊所助理配合，确保看诊及抓药流程顺畅高效。 参与诊所的日常合规管理，协助提升诊所的专业服务形象。

Job Requirements (任职要求):

  • 核心资格 (Mandatory Criteria)： 必须持有新加坡中医管理委员会（TCMPB）颁发的有效注册中医师执照（Fully Registered TCM Physician in Singapore）及有效执业执照（Practising Certificate）。
  • 语言能力： 精通中英文者优先（能用中文流畅诊断与开方，并能用英文与非华语病患沟通病况）。
  • 经验与资历： 具备良好临床经验者优先；欢迎具备特定专科特色（如针灸痛症、内科、妇科、皮肤科等）的医师。
  • 个人素质： 具备良好的医德医风、亲和力及强烈的责任心，沟通沟通能力强，注重病患体验。
  • 工作时间： 须配合诊所排班安排（可能包含周末或晚班）。
