Job Opening: Guest Relations Manager
We are seeking a dedicated, charismatic, and experienced Guest Relations Manager to lead our front-of-house and guest services operations. In this role, you will serve as the primary ambassador of our brand, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional, personalized service and experiences a seamless stay or visit from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience Leadership: Oversee daily guest relations operations, greeting VIPs, handling special requests, and ensuring high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex guest complaints or escalations promptly, professionally, and effectively.
- Team Management & Training: Lead, mentor, and schedule the guest relations and front-of-house team; conduct ongoing training on service excellence, brand standards, and hospitality trends.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Event Management teams to align operations and guarantee smooth service delivery for all guests.
- Feedback Analysis: Monitor guest reviews (online and in-house feedback), analyze satisfaction metrics, and implement service recovery or quality improvement initiatives.
- VIP & Special Event Coordination: Oversee arrangements for high-profile guests, VIP arrivals, loyalty program members, and special events or celebrations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality management within a luxury hotel, resort, or premium service environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading, inspiring, and managing diverse teams to deliver top-tier service.
- Communication & Interpersonal Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, exceptional emotional intelligence, and a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-Solving & Grace Under Pressure: Ability to make sound, independent decisions and remain calm and professional in fast-paced or high-stress situations.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) or CRM tools and standard office software.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required by industry operations.
