The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Relationship Manager to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity for a relationship-focused professional to build and manage relationships with sophisticated investors, entrepreneurs, family offices and HNW/UHNW clients.

Merliance Capital is selective about who joins the firm. We are not looking to hire simply to fill a position — we are looking for the right candidate who brings the right combination of experience, market knowledge, client relationships and entrepreneurial mindset.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced investment professionals and access a broad range of investment and wealth-management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage long-term relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, entrepreneurs and family offices.

Develop new client relationships through personal networks, referrals and business development.

Understand clients' investment objectives and broader wealth-management requirements.

Identify and present suitable investment and wealth-management solutions.

Work closely with investment and product specialists to deliver bespoke solutions.

Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and professional intermediaries.

Stay informed on financial markets, investment opportunities and relevant industry developments.

Represent Merliance Capital professionally in client meetings and industry events.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is commercially driven, credible and relationship-oriented.

You may come from a background in:

Private banking

Asset management

Investment banking

Family offices

Priority banking select/reserve

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong HNW/UHNW client relationships or an established professional network.

Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.

Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.

A proven ability to develop business and generate new relationships.

An entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial instincts.

High levels of professionalism, integrity and discretion.

The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with investment specialists.
