Platinum Credit Pte. Ltd. is an established licensed moneylending company in Singapore, operating since 2010 with a strong track record and reputation in the lending industry.

We are looking for a young, driven and commercially minded Loan Officer / Relationship Manager to join our team.

This is not a desk-bound administrative role.

We are looking for someone who is street-smart, sociable, resourceful and confident in building relationships. Someone who enjoys meeting people, developing networks and creating business opportunities.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and expand your own network of clients, introducers and business contacts.
  • Identify and originate suitable loan opportunities through personal networking and professional relationships.
  • Meet prospective borrowers to understand their financial needs and circumstances.
  • Assess loan applications and supporting documents.
  • Conduct credit assessment and make recommendations in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Approve loans within the authorised limits and procedures.
  • Manage the loan process from application through disbursement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor repayments and follow up on outstanding payments professionally.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
  • Work closely with management to develop new business opportunities and expand the company's client network.

You should be:

  • Diploma / Polytechnic qualification or above.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Pleasant, confident and professional in dealing with people.
  • Sociable and comfortable meeting new people.
  • Street-smart, commercially minded and able to identify business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Results-oriented and motivated by performance-based incentives.
  • Able to build genuine long-term relationships and referral networks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Relevant experience is an advantage

WHAT WE OFFER

Attractive Remuneration

Basic salary: S$3,500 – S$5,000 per month

Plus attractive performance incentives and commissions based on business performance.

High-performing Relationship Managers can earn significantly above their basic salary, subject to individual performance and the company's incentive structure.
