What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage customers through branch activities and customer outreach
  • Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
  • Arrange appointments using qualified customer leads
  • Build long-term relationships by providing excellent customer service
  • Stay updated on banking products and market developments to better support your clients

Who We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree holders from any discipline
  • Fresh graduates and mid-career professionals are welcome to apply
  • Experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service is an advantage, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and are keen to build a long-term career
