  • Be a part of a team supporting social innovation through research, project coordination, stakeholder engagement and knowledge management within the social service sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct desktop research and gather information on programmes, projects, industry practices and potential partnership opportunities.
  • Organise and maintain project information, partner records, contact lists, trackers and supporting documents.
  • Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to verify information, obtain materials and track outstanding actions.
  • Support coordination of meetings, workshops, events and stakeholder engagements, including scheduling, attendance tracking, note-taking and follow-up.
  • Maintain project timelines, milestone trackers, action lists, risk logs and status updates.
  • Prepare background information, presentation materials, summaries and basic reports for team discussions.
  • Support the maintenance of databases, knowledge repositories, filing systems and simple dashboards.
  • Assist with documentation, administrative coordination, procurement or payment-related paperwork where required.
  • Extract, organise and summarise information from reports, websites, presentations and stakeholder inputs
  • Support other research, coordination and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Business, Communications, Public Policy, Research or a related discipline.
  • Good written communication, research and information synthesis skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
  • Able to organise information clearly using trackers, databases, tables and presentation formats.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Comfortable coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interest in research, partnerships, project coordination, knowledge management or the social service sector.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation, digital research tools or AI productivity tools would be an advantage.
