The posting

Vista Hub™ guides early-stage life science founders through the entrepreneurship rollercoaster as they translate good science into successful businesses.

We are looking for a part-time writer and researcher to work directly with our founder, Dr. Gabriella Chan, supporting our advisory work and the content we share through our blog for the life science community, The Vista.

What you will do

• Research and draft monthly articles for The Vista.

• Establish a Vista Hub newsletter and publish it monthly.

• Track funding programmes, life science organisations and key deadlines in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Must haves

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident currently living in Singapore.

• A minimum of a polytechnic diploma.

• Available to work for 3 to 4 months without interruption.

• Strong research skills.

• Excellent English writing skills to write articles and educational content.

• Organisation and independence: you can meet monthly deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Exposure to Singapore's life science ecosystem.

Nice to have

• A background in science, business, or communications.

The details

Hours: averaging 11 hours a week, worked over 1 to 4 days (excluding public holidays).

Location: fully remote within Singapore.

Pay: $2,000 a month, plus CPF.

Start date: 1 November 2026.
