Job Summary

Assist in supervising civil, structural, and geotechnical works to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements, managing site teams, and collaborating with stakeholders for timely project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in supervising civil, structural, and geotechnical site works to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
  • Lead and manage a team of Site Supervisors to enforce adherence to regulatory and client requirements on site
  • Collaborate effectively with the Project Management Team, Qualified Persons (Structural and Discipline), clients, contractors, and local authorities to drive project milestones and resolve issues
  • Conduct regular site inspections of contractor works to verify quality of supervision and maintain site safety standards
  • Review contractor submissions to confirm compliance with regulatory frameworks and client specifications
  • Ensure contractor works strictly follow approved designs and drawings to maintain project integrity
  • Identify non-conformances in contractor works and coordinate timely rectification actions with contractors
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation for ongoing and completed works to support reporting and audits
  • Participate in regular site progress meetings to address and resolve site-related challenges promptly

Required competencies and certifications

  • Registration with the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
  • Proficiency in applying BCA regulations, maintaining systematic site records, managing government contract documents, and fulfilling BCA reporting requirements
