Job Summary

Lead and manage a team of M&E RTOs to oversee contractor and consultant coordination, ensuring timely progress and quality control on large commercial projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of M&E RTOs to achieve project milestones and maintain team performance
  • Coordinate and manage consultants and contractors to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines
  • Monitor contractor progress and report to clients to support project delivery and issue resolution
  • Review and verify shop drawings and coordination drawings with consultants to ensure design accuracy and compliance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Registration with IES as RE (M&E) is preferred but not essential for core duties
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supervising large commercial projects to demonstrate relevant expertise
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and effective teamwork skills to foster a collaborative work environment
