Job Summary

Manage and supervise water pipeline installation and related civil and structural works, ensuring compliance with statutory standards and reviewing engineering designs for quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the laying of water pipelines and associated civil and structural works on site to ensure timely and quality completion
  • Review engineering designs and shop drawings submitted by contractors to verify accuracy and compliance with project specifications
  • Ensure all infrastructure works adhere to relevant statutory standards, regulations, and Codes of Practice to maintain safety and quality

Required competencies and certifications

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a university recognized by the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supervising water pipeline projects, preferably with PUB

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills applied to problem-solving and project supervision
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and coordination
