The posting

Role Description:

  • Min 4hr/day, 5 days a week
  • Greet and assist customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times;
  • Process customer payments, exchanges, handle customer enquiries and complaints, and other customer service related work;
  • Support the day-to-day business operations of the retail store;
  • Inventory management and regular stock re-count;
  • Upselling of plus size products and accessories etc;
  • Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for staff, and customers;

Job requirement:

· Singaporean/PR/LSVP with LOC;

· At least 2 year’s experience in retail

· Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin;

· Mid-level computer skills and awareness of social media marketing;

· Relevant experience in fashion retail or plus size fashion is highly desirable;

· Able to commit to retail hours (5 days a week);
