Job Summary

Join Pop Pop Pets as a team member to deliver excellent customer experiences in-store and at pop-ups, supporting daily operations and events in a growing pet lifestyle business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service to enhance the shopping experience for pet owners
  • Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
  • Operate the cashier system accurately to process customer transactions
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory tracking and stock replenishment to ensure product availability
