We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Executives to support our expanding retail operations across Singapore.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals from retail, hospitality, luxury, wellness, furniture, home & living, or customer-facing sales backgrounds who enjoy consultative selling and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Working Location: Multiple locations across Singapore:

  • Orchard Area
  • Great World
  • Tiong Bahru

Retail roster and deployment will be based on business requirements.

Working Hours: Retail roster basis

  • 40 working hours per week
  • 9 working hours per day (inclusive of breaks)
  • 2 rotating shifts

Showroom operating hours: 9:30am to 9:30pm

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Executive to join a premium lifestyle and wellness brand. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing personalized product recommendations, and building long-term relationships with customers while achieving individual and store sales targets.

You will manage customer enquiries, follow up on sales opportunities, support showroom operations, and contribute to the overall success of the retail business. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy consultative selling, customer engagement, and working in a premium retail environment.

The ideal candidate is sales-driven, service-oriented, and confident in engaging customers. Candidates with experience in retail sales, luxury retail, hospitality, home & living, furniture, wellness, or other customer-facing sales environments are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalized product consultations to customers.
  • Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable lifestyle, wellness, and home solutions.
  • Drive sales through effective relationship building, customer engagement, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage customer enquiries via walk-ins, phone, email, WhatsApp, and online channels.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and customers to maximize sales conversion opportunities.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
  • Support after-sales service, including order tracking and delivery coordination.
  • Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising standards, and overall store cleanliness.
  • Process sales transactions, quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately.
  • Coordinate stock availability, order fulfilment, and delivery schedules.
  • Support marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and customer engagement activities.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth daily showroom operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, customer-facing sales, hospitality, luxury retail, wellness, home & living, furniture, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering strong customer service.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and sales administration tasks.

Preferred Experience

  • Premium retail, luxury retail, furniture, bedding, home & living, wellness, or lifestyle products.
  • Experience using CRM systems, POS systems, Shopify, Odoo, or similar platforms.
  • Mandarin-speaking ability will be an advantage to communicate with a wider customer base.
