The posting

  1. AWS guaranteed + 5 days work week rotating shift, 44 hrs shift per week
  2. Commission (Based on store + individual performance) + (Flexi benefits up to $1200 per year) + Fixed allowance + Other staff benefits
  3. Variable incentives given - based on company arrangement + seasonal special incentives payout for certain collection/products.
  4. Multiple store location hiring for expansion - Hiring location for West, Orchard, East and Northeast region stores
  5. Up to 18 days of leave per year
  6. Comprehensive product and system training + sales technique training provided to equipped staff to be well equipped.
  7. Reputable brand recognition to attract customer traffic flow, stores are doing well (Achieveable commission)

Join an international jewellery and accessories brand and help customers find pieces for everyday wear, gifts and special occasions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage customers, understand what they’re looking for and recommend suitable pieces.
  • Use product knowledge and storytelling to turn interest into sales.
  • Build customer relationships and work towards individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain an inviting, well-presented store.

You’ll be a good fit if you have

  • At least 1 year of retail sales experience in jewellery, fashion accessories, mid to premium fashion or a similar lifestyle brand.
  • A confident approach to selling and a strong record of customer service.
  • The ability to work with a team and use retail systems.
