Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HSE/WSH team, including data entry, documentation, printing, filing and record keeping.
- Maintain and update safety records, reports and documentation.
- Ensure proper document control, filing and revision of HSE/WSH documents.
- Assist in conducting safety induction and briefing for staff, workers and external stakeholders.
- Assist with safety meetings, including preparation of materials and taking meeting minutes.
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for safety inspections, audits and meetings.
- Assist in preparing and compiling monthly safety reports and submissions.
- Assist in incident investigation documentation and follow-up of action items.
- Support internal, external, ISO and bizSAFE audits, including audit documentation and logistics.
- Assist with safety-related licences, permits and renewals.
- Maintain records and follow up on HSE audit findings and corrective actions.
- Assist in maintaining the HSE management filing system and records.
- Support environmental management and other HSE-related activities.
- Assist in coordinating facility maintenance records, such as fire alarm and pest control maintenance.
- Participate in regular site safety inspections.
- Assist the WSHO/WSHC and Management with other ad hoc safety and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years relevant or related working experiences.
- Min N or O levels.
- Familiar with Singapore WSH regulations, safety procedures and HSE documentation.
- Knowledge of ISO and bizSAFE requirements will be an advantage.
- Good administrative and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good documentation, filing and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with staff, contractors and external stakeholders.
- Possess positive working attitude.
- Able to commit to 5.5days work week.
- Willing to work in Tuas.
