Job brief

We are looking for a Safety Coordinator to help us minimize the risk of job-related accidents. You will monitor operations to eliminate hazardous activities. You will also develop policies to promote occupational health and safety (OSH) awareness.

Safety coordinators should be well-versed in all OSH dictations. Your work will be focused on prevention so you need to be diligent and analytical. You will possess a keen eye for detail and a sensitivity for potential dangers.

The goal is to support the creation of a healthy and safe workplace.

  • Job Responsibilities: To support and administer all EHS-related initiatives. Conduct daily toolbox meeting / inspection with our own supervisors/workers and subcontractors supervisors/workers. Conduct daily safety inspection to ensure total compliance to MOM regulations and recommend preventive measures. Handle daily site inspections on EHS aspects, and ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations. Prepare and review the safety documents (Risk Assessment/Safe Work Procedures and etc). To investigate workplace accidents if any, identify causes and recommend corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Execute risk management plan for work process and work areas. Other add-hoc EHS duties assigned by the management. Willing to go to different site Requirements: Min 1 years of relevant working experience in construction industry. Possess Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health, Bisafe Level 2, Managing work at height and First Aid certified. Possess good knowledge of WSH Act. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
