  • Assist in conducting and reviewing Risk Assessments (RA) and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented.
  • Develop, review and implement Safe Work Procedures (SWP) for work activities.
  • Monitor compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements for applicable high-risk activities.
  • Monitor lifting operations and Work at Height (WAH) activities, ensuring relevant safety requirements and control measures are followed.
  • Conduct daily Toolbox Meetings (TBM) and promote safety awareness among workers.
  • Conduct safety inductions and orientations for all new personnel.
  • Assist in planning and conducting fire drills, emergency response drills and other safety exercises.
  • Identify, document and report WSH non-compliances, unsafe conditions and unsafe work practices to the relevant teams and management.
  • Compile weekly non-compliance findings and submit reports to the Safety Officer, and to present in weekly safety meetings.
  • Collect and analyse WSH data, observations and findings to support improvements in workplace safety standards.
  • Work closely with the FSM, Safety Officer and the Safety Team to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support initiatives to continuously improve WSH performance across the organisation.
  • Perform other safety-related or ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • GCE 'O' Level, Nitec or Higher Nitec.
  • WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) is mandatory.
  • Practical experience in Risk Assessment (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
  • Familiarity with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and high-risk work activities.
  • Knowledge of lifting operations and Work at Height (WAH) safety requirements.
  • Manage Work at Height & Supervise Safe Lifting Operations certification is a must due to the nature of our business.
  • Experience in conducting or assisting with fire drills and emergency response exercises will be an advantage.
  • Prior experience in construction, precast, manufacturing or industrial safety will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of workplace hazard identification and risk control.
  • Additional WSH-related certifications or training will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with workers, supervisors and management.
  • Proactive, observant and comfortable working on the ground and engaging directly with workers.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
