About Us

Maxwell79 is a build-your-own salad and protein bowl stall at Maxwell Food Centre (#01-79). We serve restaurant-grade, sous-vide proteins with clean, tracked macros — healthy hawker food at an honest price. We're a small, friendly team and we take pride in tidy, consistent, good-looking bowls.

Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities

- Assemble build-your-own and signature bowls to order — base, toppings, protein, crunch and sauce — following our portioning and assembly guide for every bowl.

- Portion ingredients accurately and consistently to spec (portion control directly affects food cost and quality).

- Operate our tablet ordering/kitchen system — take orders, update order status, and process PayNow / card / CDC payments.

- Provide warm, efficient counter service and answer basic questions on our bowls and macros.

- Keep the stall clean, hygienic and well-stocked throughout service — wiping down, refilling toppings, managing stock levels and flagging low items.

- Follow all food safety and hygiene requirements (SFA standards); we are a no-pork, no-lard kitchen.

- Support opening and closing duties, and occasional advance/event orders.

Requirements

- Able to work Monday to Saturday (Sundays off) and stand for the duration of the shift.

- Comfortable using a simple tablet/app for orders and payments (training provided).

- Meticulous with portioning, cleanliness and food presentation.

- A team player with a positive, customer-friendly attitude.

- WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 (Basic Food Hygiene) preferred — or willing to obtain it before starting (we can guide you).

- No experience needed — full training provided. Prior F&B / hawker / kitchen experience is a plus.

Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday (Sundays off)

- Morning shift: 10:00am – 3:00pm

- Evening shift: 4:30pm – 8:30pm

- Full-time (both shifts) or part-time (single shift) — let us know your preference.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
