l Work closely with customers to identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and new product introductions.

3. Quotation & Sales Support

l Own the customer Quote-to-Order process and drive quotation activities in line with sales objectives.

l Coordinate internal resources to prepare timely and competitive quotations based on customer requirements.

l Evaluate product availability, lifecycle status, including EOL (End-of-Life) and NCNR (Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable) conditions, and communicate relevant risks to customers.

l Negotiate pricing, margins, and quotation markups within company guidelines.

l Communicate price adjustments, supplier price increases, product changes, and other commercial updates to customers in a timely manner.

4. Order Management & Customer Service

l Support the complete Order-to-Invoice process, including product sourcing, order placement, order holds, transaction processing, order tracking, and invoicing coordination.

l Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled accurately and orders are delivered on time.

l Coordinate resources across sales, purchasing, logistics, engineering, and other functions to resolve customer issues efficiently.

l Provide customers with timely updates on order status, product availability, lead times, delivery schedules, and potential supply risks.

5. Quality & Issue Resolution

l Act as the primary customer interface for quality-related matters, including corrective actions, quality investigations, and Field Quality Reports.

l Coordinate with relevant internal teams and suppliers to investigate and resolve customer complaints and product-related issues.

l Ensure customer issues are followed through to resolution and maintain clear communication throughout the process.

6. Inventory & Commercial Operations

l Monitor and maintain inventory integrity for assigned accounts and support initiatives to minimize inventory write-offs, bill-backs, and other commercial risks.

l Identify potential excess, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory risks and coordinate appropriate actions with relevant teams.

l Maintain accurate customer, quotation, order, and product information in internal systems.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

l Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, and other internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions for customers.

l Facilitate communication between customers and internal/external resources to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

l Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, customer service, and operational efficiency.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
