The posting

Key Responsibilities

1. Target Achievement

  • Support the sales team, under the guidance of the SBDM, to consistently meet or exceed Gross Profit targets.
  • Independently manage the sales administration workload across multiple accounts.

2. Technical Knowledge

  • Apply working knowledge of PCB and industry-specific technical requirements to support accurate quotations and customer set-up.

3. Relationship Management

  • Independently establish and maintain long-term relationships with new & existing customers/vendors.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to drive conversions and successfully close deals.
  • Own the customer set-up and documentation process for assigned accounts.

4. Communication and Negotiation

  • Independently lead technical sales presentations and customer communications.
  • Support negotiation of terms with customers and vendors.

5. Sales Support and SAP Data Maintenance

  • Own the accuracy and completeness of SAP customer and sales data for assigned accounts.
  • Handle end-to-end quotation, invoicing, and payment follow-up with minimal supervision.
  • Identify and resolve documentation or data discrepancies proactively.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, collections, and credit terms for assigned accounts.
  • Liaise with Operations/Logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery timelines.
  • Communicate customer requirements internally and follow up on cross-functional action items to closure.

7. Events Management

  • Independently coordinate and manage project/event logistics ahead of schedule.

8. Front Desk Management

  • Oversee front desk operations and provide guidance to junior staff on visitor/call handling standards.

9. Process Improvement

  • Identify and propose improvements to sales admin workflows, SOPs, and documentation standards.

10. Additional Responsibilities

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. A background in Engineering, Electronics, or a technical discipline is an advantage, given the technical nature of Wizlogix's products.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales administration, customer service, PCB, or electronics-related work

Functional Competencies

  • Strong SAP / CRM proficiency and customer handling skills.
  • Good cross-functional coordination ability.

Personal Attributes

  • Independent, organised, and proactive.
  • Disciplined, with good follow-up skills and tenacity to achieve targets.

Language

  • Good command of English.
