Job descriptions:

• Oversee end-to-end order management processes, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment from order receipt through to delivery.

• Review and validate quotations, sales reports, and contractual documentation prepared by the team to ensure compliance with company standards.

• Liaise closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to optimise delivery schedules and proactively resolve fulfilment issues.

• prepare quotations and answer customer enquiry

• Ensuring order are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time

• Contacting customers to arrange appointments and support Sales Representatives with documentation, quotations and other materials

• Developing and maintaining new systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports

• Be familiar with the processes of the website to attend to customers' questions regarding the website

• Be familiar with company's products and serve customers' enquiries

• performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1 year experience in sales or administration preferred.

• No experience candidates are welcome to apply

• Computer literacy

• Able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word etc

• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and urgent deadlines

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong discipline and a good team player

- Ability to interpret engineering drawing in an advantage

- Self-motivated and result-oriented

- Working Hour: 5 days week (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm)
