The Opportunity
Liaigre Singapore is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic Sales Administrative Executive. Curious and autonomous, you are detail-oriented, discreet, and have a sense of confidentiality. You enjoy working collaboratively and are interested in interior design, architecture, or luxury.
Key Responsibilities
· Accounting paperwork in collaboration with our external accountant and Paris HQ (payment, orders, inventories, data, salaries preparation, annual leaves, freight invoices…)
· Sales support (price tags, stock list, invitations, meeting presentation, travel and events bookings management…)
· Support General Manager with administrative tasks (weekly and monthly reports, sales data, inventory, accounting discrepancy…)
· After-sales coordination with repair specialists
· Local delivery management
· Coordinate events organization
· Develop marketing tools in collaboration with the management and team (client presentation, e-mail blast…)
· Administrate the trade website
· Order showroom supplies and manage the pantry. Coordinate third party (flowers, pest control, cleaner…)
Requirements
· Experience in office management or in an administrative and sales support environment
· Comfortable with technology and the use of new software
· Experience with ERP or business management systems such as Oracle NetSuite will be a plus
· Comfortable working with figures and financial/administrative data
· Sensitive to interior design and aesthetics
· Well-organized and autonomous
· A team player who enjoys supporting colleagues
What You'll Experience
· Working closely with the General Manager and sales’ team, you will have a global overview of regional business: sales strategy, customer management and customer service, accountancy, events management…
· To get or strengthen an experience in luxury by working for one of the most high-end furniture companies
· Working in an international environment with regular interaction between Singapore and Paris
