We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator who is eager to learn, embrace AI technologies, and develop strong business, communication, and data analytics skills.

This role offers structured on-the-job training and exposure to modern sales operations, Microsoft technologies, AI tools, business intelligence, and customer engagement processes.

Job Summary

The Sales Administrator will support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, quotations, sales documentation, CRM updates, reporting, and administrative activities.

The successful candidate will have opportunities to learn and apply AI tools, automate workflows, analyze business data, and develop professional communication skills while working closely with sales, technical, finance, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, sales orders, renewals, and contract documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal stakeholders on pricing and product information.
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM systems.
  • Track sales opportunities and assist in follow-up activities.
  • Support customer onboarding and project coordination activities.
  • Assist in preparing customer presentations and sales materials.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain sales dashboards and KPI tracking.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer activities, and business performance data.
  • Assist management in preparing business reports and forecasts.
  • Learn and apply Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and AI-powered analytics tools.

AI & Digital Transformation

  • Learn and adopt AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and generative AI solutions.
  • Support automation of repetitive administrative tasks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency using AI technologies.
  • Participate in AI-driven process improvement initiatives across the company.

Customer & Communication Support

  • Respond professionally to customer and partner enquiries.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-up actions, and customer communications.
  • Build strong communication and relationship management skills through daily interaction with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Assist in preparing customer meeting notes and action item tracking.

No prior experience in AI or Data Analytics is required. Passion and willingness to learn are more important.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training provided
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in technology, AI, business analytics, and digital transformation.
