Job Summary

You will support our clinical team by assisting patients with therapy equipment, communicating care instructions, helping to handle new patient inquiries, and providing sales support for care plans as you gain proficiency and knowledge in our spine and wellness services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients on and off therapy equipment following doctors’ instructions to ensure safe and effective treatment
  • Learn to operate various therapy equipment under the guidance of chiropractic and osteopathy doctors
  • Communicate clearly with patients to explain therapy instructions and care plans
  • Provide verbal and text communication support for patient inquiries and sales of care plans
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver patient-centered care focused on spine health, wellness, and lifestyle coaching
  • Demonstrate positive energy and a willingness to learn to contribute effectively to the team
  • Achieve proficiency in clinic duties to support expanded responsibilities including sales support

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior sales experience to support patient communications and care plan sales (preferred but not required)
