The Yong Huat Hardware team has over 20 years of experience sourcing and supplying quality hardware products from Europe and Asia Pacific. We specialize in serving the construction industry and institutions with affordable, quality-assured tools and materials.

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Admin to support the daily operations of our business. You will work closely with the team to process sales orders, coordinate with customers and suppliers, manage inventory, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Training will be provided for candidates who are willing to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders to support sales and procurement processes
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp to maintain strong customer relations
  • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm product availability, negotiate pricing, and schedule deliveries
  • Source products and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers as needed to meet customer demands
  • Monitor inventory levels regularly and update stock records to ensure accurate inventory management
  • Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
  • Liaise with the Accounts Department to ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales, purchases, and customer interactions for reporting and auditing
  • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks to support smooth business functions
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management to meet evolving business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative, sales support, or customer service roles is preferred
  • Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and suppliers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to perform daily tasks efficiently
  • Organised and meticulous with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Working Hours Monday – Friday

  • 8: 30 AM – 6:00 PM
