The posting

About King Fire

King Fire is a Singapore fire protection specialist providing solutions from supply and system integration to installation and maintenance. Our purpose is to help protect people, property and the places our communities depend on. We are bringing a range of fire safety products to Singapore’s business and consumer markets, with a focus on solutions to combat battery fires.

The Role

Start your sales career with a mission that matters. Help a business take action on battery fire safety, connect a community with practical product information, or open a conversation with an energy storage operator. Your work will turn awareness into opportunities to improve fire preparedness.

We are looking for a resourceful Sales and Partnerships Executive to help build this launch from the ground up. You will find new B2B customers, develop community partnerships and support B2C sales. Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) will be a specific market for you to explore alongside the technical team. Fresh graduates are welcome; curiosity, initiative and consistent follow-through matter.

Key Responsibilities

Open doors to B2B customers. Research prospects, identify decision-makers and start conversations through calls, emails, networking and visits. Find ways to reach potential buyers and turn first contact into qualified meetings.

Develop the BESS market. Identify energy storage developers, system integrators, operators and asset owners. Understand their needs, arrange introductions and bring in the technical team to assess appropriate fire safety solutions for batteries.

Build community partnerships. Reach out to community organisations, residents’ networks, associations and relevant partners. Propose product showcases, awareness sessions, group purchases and referral opportunities, and coordinate agreed activities.

Turn interest into sales. Understand customer needs, present approved product information, prepare quotations within agreed pricing and follow up through to purchase. Coordinate technical questions and proposals with the appropriate team.

Support the consumer launch. Engage customers at roadshows and community events, follow up on campaign enquiries and coordinate product demonstrations with the team.

Keep opportunities moving. Maintain accurate CRM records, next steps and follow-up dates. Work towards agreed sales and partnershipgoals, and share customer feedback with the sales, technical and marketingteams.

What You Will Bring

Awillingness to start. Fresh graduates are welcome. Previous full-time sales experience is not required; examples from internships, part-time work, student projects or volunteering are welcome.

Resourcefulness. You can research an unfamiliar market, find the right contact and try a different approach when the first one does not work.

Confidence with people. You enjoy starting conversations, listening carefully and explaining ideas clearly to business customers and members of the community.

Ownership and resilience. You follow through on commitments, stay organised and keep going when an enquiry does not immediately become a sale.

Interesting, purposeful work. You want to learn about fire safety, battery technologies and BESS, and understand how the right solution can address a customer’s needs.

A practical working style. You are comfortable with customer visits, outreach and events, as well as keeping records and coordinating with colleagues.

What We Offer

Purpose, you can see. Work on a product launch centred on protecting people and property and improving preparedness for battery fire risks.

Technical support when you need it. No technical background? Do not worry. Our technical team will support you with product questions, suitability assessments and demonstrations, so you can focus on building relationships and developing sales opportunities.

Experience from the start. Build practical skills in prospecting, customer conversations, quotations, sales follow-up and partnership development.

Exposure to different markets. Work with business customers, community partners and consumers, while exploring opportunities in BESS and battery fire safety.

Room to contribute. Bring ideas for reaching new customers and partners, test them with the team and see how your efforts contribute to the launch.

Requirements

Open to Singapore citizens and permanent residents who are based in Singapore. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Ready to open doors and help build a safer community? Send us your CV and a brief introduction. Tell us about a time you took the initiative, brought people together or made something happen.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
