We are a supplier of critical door and architectural hardware serving the growing Facility Management and built-environment industry.

We are looking for highly motivated, results-oriented people who want to learn, perform and grow with us.

No sales experience? No problem. We provide the right training, coaching and opportunity — and with an uncapped commission structure, the sky is the limit.

Job Description & Requirements

During our 3-month accelerated programme, you will:

  • Learn practical B2B sales techniques, both online and offline
  • Develop and manage customers across projects, replacement and trade channels
  • Build and expand our sales pipeline
  • Handle real customer accounts, quotations and B2B orders
  • Learn technical ironmongery specifications, pricing and trade negotiation
  • Work closely with our logistics and management teams
  • Build long-term customer relationships and contribute directly to business growth

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Goal-oriented and proactive
  • A team player with the right attitude and willingness to learn
  • Solution-oriented and able to think practically
  • Meticulous with numbers, pricing and product details
  • Comfortable communicating in English with customers, suppliers and internal teams
  • Tech-savvy, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Fresh graduates, final-year university/polytechnic students awaiting results and early-career switchers are welcome to apply.

Zero years of sales experience required.
