As part of our retail team, you will:

  • Manage inquiries, after-sales support, andfeedback with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate & contribute
  • Partner with the Retail Manager/Store Managers and team to execute initiatives, events, and brand activations
  • Continuously improve
  • Provide insights to enhance store operations, customer satisfaction, and team performance

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail, customer service, or a similar environment
  • A sales-driven mindset with a strong track record of achieving results
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with discerning customers
  • Fluency in English
  • Basic digital literacy and professional communication etiquette
