📄 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand each client's hair and scalp concerns
  • Recommend appropriate treatments, products and packages tailored to client needs
  • Deliver professional advice while building lasting client relationships
  • Support treatment preparation and assist with basic hair washing
  • Maintain consistent client follow-up to encourage retention
  • Contribute to individual and clinic-wide sales targets

📌Requirements:

  • Minimum N/O Level, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Entrepreneurship or any related fields
  • Sales-confident with friendly approachments to customers and consistent follow-ups
  • Professional, well-groomed, comfortable operating in a clinical/consultative setting
