What You’ll Be Doing

As a BYD Sales Consultant, you'll do more than sell cars — you’ll build lasting relationships with our retail customers, expertly navigating end-to-end sales processes and matching them with BYD models that meet their needs. From representing the brand in the showroom to mastering CRM tools, you’ll be a key player in one of the world’s fastest-growing EV brands, driving innovation with every sale.

  • Proactively promote and sell new BYD passenger cars
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets; and other key penetration metrics (finance, insurance and trade-ins)
  • Conduct test drives professionally, support, educate and guide retail customer on the sale, financing, insurance and trade-in processes
  • Build and maintain strong new and existing customer relationships.
  • Handle all documentation and internal processes for new/used vehicles, financing, insurance, COE bidding, registration, delivery, PDI, and other requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the BYD showroom, display & test drive vehicles to brand standards.
  • Able to respond promptly to online and offline inquiries and convert them to showroom appointments
  • Possesses the know-how to track leads, prospects, and test drives in Salesforce and BYD CRM applications
  • Be a team player and able to work towards a team goal.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels (or equivalent)
  • Must have a valid Class 3 driving license
  • Working Location: Tampines 1
  • Confident, hardworking and self-driven. Motivated to drive sales
  • Strong sales closing and presentation skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Familiarity with Salesforce system is a bonus
