The posting

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales, Coordinator Cum Administrative, Executive role located at the central of Singapore. The Candidate will be responsible for:

1. Serve as the key liaison between office management and ground workers, ensuring smooth communication and operations.

2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.

3. Prepare and submit picture reports for clients, detailing project updates and progress.

4. Prepare quotations and cost estimates for landscaping projects.

5. Develop and compile tender documents, ensuring compliance with project requirements.

6. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to facilitate project execution.

7. Manage client invoicing and ensure timely payments.

8. Handle procurement, including raising purchase orders for materials.

9. Design graphics, Photoshop presentations, and project layouts, including structural and site plans.

10. Lead project management efforts, developing Gantt Charts, setting targets, and monitoring milestones.

11. Plan & adjust works schedule for team daily, weekly and monthly.

12. Conduct basic cost analysis to ensure budget efficiency.

13. Renew necessary company registered licences, permits and insurance.

Additional Information:

· The role is office-based and on-site.

· As a small company, flexibility is key—the candidate should be willing to take on various tasks to ensure smooth operations, including responsibility not included in the above list.

· Hands on experience for landscape works may be required.

Qualifications

· Diplo main Landscape Design or related diploma.

· Customer Service and Communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work well in a team and independently.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

· Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

· No experience required, on job training is provided.
