We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support sales operations with administrative, customer service, and order processing tasks, requiring basic MYOB knowledge and strong communication skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with administrative, customer service, and order processing duties. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and basic knowledge of MYOB accounting software.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders accurately to support sales transactions
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and smooth order fulfillment
  • Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payments to maintain effective sales cycle management
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update customer databases to ensure data integrity
  • Perform data entry and basic accounting tasks using MYOB to support financial tracking
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and monthly summaries to provide sales performance insights
  • Handle customer enquiries and deliver after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent stockouts
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the sales team’s daily operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in order processing and invoicing to improve sales workflow efficiency
  • Basic understanding of accounting and inventory management to support operational tasks
  • Positive attitude with a customer-oriented mindset to foster strong client relationships
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage documentation and communication
  • Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask to maintain accuracy under pressure
