Job Summary

Join HyperClean Technology as a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations by preparing documents, coordinating orders, responding to customers, and maintaining records in a growing, stable company.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, and invoices to support sales transactions
  • Coordinate customer orders and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Respond promptly and clearly to customer enquiries to provide effective support
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to enhance sales efficiency
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date customer and product records for accurate tracking

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment
  • Exhibit responsibility and reliability to manage tasks independently
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to support sales activities
  • Apply basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills to prepare and manage sales documents
  • Previous customer service or sales support experience is advantageous
