The posting

To support the clientgrowth in Singapore and selling directly to the addressable market, AsiarayConnect is looking for a highly disciplined, confident, and driven SalesDevelopment Representative who is primary tasked to:

· Lead Generation: Proactivelyidentify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities andreferrals.

· Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to targeted prospects to introduceAsiaray Connect’s media assetsand solutions

· Prospecting: Conduct research to identify potential clients andindustries that is align with Asiaray Connect’s target market. Utilise various channels,including but not limited social media and online platforms.

· CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leadinteractions and activities, as well as ensuring data integrity.

· Communication: Develop effective communication skills to articulatethe value Asiaray Connect can offer to the client during cold calls and infollow-up communications.

·

· Arrange meetings and create qualified salesopportunities for the sales team.

· Maintain complete, accurate, and timely recordsof prospect interactions, lead status, activities, and next steps in thecompany CRM system.

· Ensure CRM data integrity and provide regularupdates on outreach activity, pipeline development, and lead-conversionprogress.

· Work closely with the sales andbusiness-development teams to refine target-account lists, outreach approaches,and lead-generation strategies.

· Research prospective clients, industries,decision-makers, and market trends to identify opportunities aligned withAsiaray Connect’s target market.

Qualifications

· Minimum Diploma or equivalent

· Fresh graduates without experience are welcome

· Ability to work across different types of salesand CRM software

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Result-oriented, driven and a proactive attitude

Do note that this is an entry-level positionsupporting the business directors to grow the addressable market clients. Thisis a key supporting role in the business development (sales) team. Remunerationswill be commensurate according to your level of experience.
