About the Role

eGENTIC is looking for a motivated Sales Development Intern to support our business development activities in the Singapore market.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in B2B prospecting, outbound sales, and lead generation, working alongside our sales team to identify potential clients, start conversations and create new business opportunities.

This is a practical sales role — you won’t just observe. You’ll be actively involved in building our pipeline and learning how B2B sales works from prospecting to meeting generation.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify potentialB2B clients in Singapore.
  • Build prospect lists and identify relevant decision-makers.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails and LinkedIn.
  • Introduce eGENTIC’s lead generation and consumer data solutions to prospects.
  • Qualify prospects and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Book meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture early-stage conversations.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in our CRM.
  • Test different outreach messages, pitches and approaches.
  • Track outreach activity and learn from response and conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Confident communicating with new people via phone, email and LinkedIn.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and handling rejection.
  • Curious, proactive and willing to learn.
  • Organised and comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and CRM tools.
  • Interest in sales, business development, digital marketing or lead generation.
  • No prior sales experience required — training will be provided.
