Job Overview

ANGELS WING EDUCATION is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead the sales and business development of our rhythmic gymnastics programmes in Singapore.

The Sales Director will be responsible for driving student enrolment, developing effective sales strategies, building partnerships, managing customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve the company's revenue and growth objectives.

This role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert enquiries and leads into long-term students and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Enrolment Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase enrolment in rhythmic gymnastics programmes.
  • Lead the sales process from initial enquiry, consultation and trial class booking through to enrolment and package renewal.
  • Establish monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and monitor performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue through new programmes, packages, promotions and customer segments.
  • Improve lead conversion, trial-to-enrolment conversion and student retention rates.

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Build relationships with schools, international schools, preschools, education organisations, community groups and other potential partners.
  • Develop B2B and B2C sales channels to expand the academy's customer base.
  • Explore opportunities for competitions, training camps, workshops, holiday programmes and international exchange programmes.
  • Represent the company in meetings, events and partnership discussions when required.

Sales Team Management

  • Recruit, train, manage and motivate sales and customer service staff.
  • Establish clear sales processes, targets and performance standards.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and provide coaching to improve individual and team performance.
  • Ensure timely follow-up of enquiries received through website, social media, advertising platforms, messaging applications and other channels.
  • Develop sales scripts, follow-up procedures and customer relationship management practices.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with students, parents and prospective customers.
  • Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable rhythmic gymnastics programmes and training packages.
  • Manage customer enquiries professionally and ensure a high standard of service throughout the enrolment journey.
  • Work closely with coaches and operations staff to ensure customer expectations are properly communicated and managed.
  • Support student retention, renewals and referrals.

Marketing & Sales Coordination

  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan campaigns that generate qualified leads and enrolments.
  • Provide feedback on customer profiles, market demand, pricing and competitors.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of different lead-generation channels and recommend improvements.
  • Support promotional activities, open houses, trial classes, competitions and academy events.
  • Analyse sales data and prepare regular management reports on leads, conversions, enrolment and revenue.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in sales, business development, education, enrichment, sports, fitness or other service-based industries.
  • Experience in a managerial or sales leadership position is preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with parents, students, corporate partners and external organisations.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Experience in the education, enrichment, sports or rhythmic gymnastics industry will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital lead management and social media enquiries will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators

Performance may be measured based on:

  • Student enrolment and sales revenue
  • Monthly and annual sales target achievement
  • Lead-to-trial conversion rate
  • Trial-to-enrolment conversion rate
  • Student renewal and retention
  • Development of new sales channels and partnerships
  • Sales team performance and productivity
  • Customer satisfaction and response efficiency
