Alangkaar Group is a Singapore weddings and events company with four brands: - Alangkaar: Indian weddings - The Ivory Co. X Alangkaar: Chinese and Western weddings - Nikah SG X Alangkaar: Malay and Indian-Muslim weddings - Prime Events X Alangkaar: corporate events and mall festive decor We offer planning, decor, halal-certified catering, photography, videography and rentals under one roof.

About the role You are the first person our customers speak to, and the person who turns an enquiry into a booking. You will work across all four brands. - Inbound: reply to enquiries from WhatsApp, phone, email, Instagram, Facebook and our website, understand what the customer needs, and book a venue visit or consultation. - Outbound: follow up on quotations, call warm leads and past clients, and reach out to corporate and mall clients for Prime Events. - Event coordination: once a client books, support the planner with checklists, supplier confirmations, timelines and client changes.

Responsibilities - Respond to enquiries promptly during working hours - Understand each customer's event type, date, venue, guest count and budget - Present our packages and quotations; refer custom requests to management - Follow up on every quotation on a regular schedule - Make outbound calls and send messages to warm leads, past clients, corporate accounts and venues - Arrange and attend consultations and venue visits with clients - Keep every lead and its stage up to date in our CRM - Support confirmed events with run sheets, supplier confirmations, payment tracking and guest-count or menu changes - Attend events on weekends as needed - Send a short daily update and a weekly report on enquiries, quotations and bookings

Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, weddings or events, hospitality or telesales. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply. - Confident on the phone and in writing, with clear and professional business English - Comfortable handling both inbound enquiries and outbound calls - Good with numbers such as quotations, deposits and headcounts - Organised and self-motivated - Able to work weekends and some evenings - Additional languages (Tamil, Malay, Mandarin or Hindi) are an advantage - Knowledge of Indian, Malay or Chinese wedding customs is an advantage

Work location and hours - Woodlands office and our City Studio in Farrer Park, plus on-site at event venues - 5.5-day work week including weekends, with one weekday off

What we offer - Basic salary of S$2,700 to S$3,600 per month, depending on experience - Sales incentives on bookings you close - Full training on our four brands, packages and systems - Career progression to Senior Sales, Client Planner or Team Lead
