Job Description:

Key responsibilities

  • Engage walk-in customers and provide professional consultation and product recommendations.
  • Promote and sell a range of home products, including lighting, ceiling fans, sanitary products, curtains, etc.
  • Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Proactively follow up on enquiries, leads and quotations to drive conversion and close sales.
  • Negotiate and close sales while delivering a positive customer experience
  • Build. and maintain strong relationships with customers, interior designers, architects and other industry partners.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, installers, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, installation and project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, sales processes, and documentation requirements.
  • Achieve monthly sales target and KPIs.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and proper product display.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales/retail experience
  • Experience dealing with IDs or contractors is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, outgoing and customer-oriented
  • Results-driven with ability to close sales
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with retail working hours, including weekends and PH
  • Experience in retail, renovation, home furnishing, or related industries is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
