Sales Executive (Security Manpower & Remote Command Centre)

Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Location: Singapore (Field / Office)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

About the Role:

We are a licensed Singapore security agency operating a state-of-the-art 24/7 Security Command Centre. To drive our next phase of growth, we are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to expand our client footprint across Singapore.

In this role, you will lead B2B sales efforts targeting commercial properties, industrial sites, MCST condominiums, and other licensed security agencies. You will pitch integrated security solutions—combining physical security manpower deployment with our 24/7 AI-powered remote command centre surveillance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Lead Generation: Proactively source, prospect, and engage new business opportunities across MCSTs, Managing Agents, Commercial/Industrial Property Owners, and B2B Security Agencies.
  • Solution Selling: Conduct site walk-throughs to assess security requirements and pitch hybrid security packages (On-site Security Officers + 24/7 Remote Command Centre Video Monitoring).
  • Quotation & Proposals: Prepare accurate commercial proposals, service quotations, and contract agreements; assist with formal tender submissions (including GeBIZ and private tenders).
  • End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage the full sales process from initial contact, presentation, and contract negotiation through to final closing and operational handover.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with Managing Agents, MCST Council Members, Building Managers, and Operations Directors.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM, provide accurate sales forecasts, and hit monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets set by Management.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with Operations, HR, and Command Centre technical teams to ensure seamless service transition and guard deployment for new clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience. Prior experience in Security Manpower, Security Technology, Remote Monitoring / Command Centre, Facilities Management (FM), Property Management, orCCTV systems will be an advantage.
  • Driving License: Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License with personal transport (to utilize the transport allowance and fuel card for client/site visits).
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Network: Familiarity with MCSTs, Managing Agents (MAs), industrial estates, or commercial building managers in Singapore is a strong plus.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a field sales environment.
  • Tech Literacy: Comfortable explaining technology-driven services (CCTV streams, AI analytics, and remote monitoring). Proficient in Microsoft Office.
