We collaborate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers to deliver lighting solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, balancing aesthetics, efficiency, and functionality.

Job Summary

You'll build relationships with architecture and interior design firms and convert conversations into projects. This is a project sales role focused on client engagement and business development, not a showroom position.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outreach to architects, interior designers, and developers to generate new business opportunities
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to engage stakeholders and understand project needs
  • Present lighting products and design proposals clearly to clients to support project acquisition
  • Manage and follow up on sales leads to maintain an active and organized sales pipeline
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by converting prospects into closed projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with architects, designers, or contractors to support sales efforts
  • Ability to conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities confidently
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions independently
  • Effective communication skills to articulate product benefits and design concepts
  • Genuine interest in design and lighting to engage clients authentically
